Design Features
- With the "Neck Trapper System" designed by CBI, no change parts are needed for different bottles with the same neck finish.
- Changeover to different packages can be completed in a matter of seconds.
- All bottles are handled by the neck from infeed to outfeed.
- Nearly no product loss or changeover time due to the ultra-clean filling system and optimization software for the filler and mixer.

Flexible Design
- Volufill uses the latest flow meter and membrane technology in producing an ultra clean filling system.
- Simple valve construction without traditional complexity (springs, levers, etc) reduces maintenance.
- Valves can be programmed for individual products and containers.
- Each valve has self diagnostic capability, flat bottle path with valve descending to bottle giving smooth bottle transfer.
- No vent tubes reduces valve to bottle contact.
- Constant repeatable filling volume (accuracy +-2ml).
- With the new volumetric filling system, Volufill can fill:
- Non-carbonated
- Carbonated
- Cold and Hot
- Nitrogenated beverages

Optimised Technology
- The electronic controls for the filling valves are installed in a panel remote from the machine, away from any wet areas.
- Integrated ASI bus means less cabling.
- Controller memory for optimized parameters concerning product and container type can be called up from the front panel.
- Control and optimization possible through the software, also for each valve individually including excessive data source recording.
- All fillers have text display, touch panel and Siemens S7 PLC (programmable via normal PC or laptop).
- Diagnostic and testing of filler "online" via a modem and telephone line world wide (optional).
- Changeover can be completed in a matter of seconds via pre-programmed selections on the touch screen.
