Manual Packing Station
Introducing a cost effective range of manual hand packing stations, designed specifically for low to medium output production lines for various industries. The systems include a highly Polished mirror inspection faciltiy placed oposite the operators side allowing for product integrity or back label inspection, at a glance. Inverter controlled SEW drives and fully adjustable empty pack & container guide arrangments offers rapid tool-less change overs . The ridgid construction, ease of installation and setup of the vari - pack units allows for repositioning from one production line to another with minimal hassle.

Specification Form
Body Side Plates: Manufactured from 304 L 2B 2.5mm stainless sheet. Approximately 200mm deep on transit units and 277mm on drive units.
Internal Braces: 1½ 16 S.W.G. tube with welded inserts each end to support side rail brackets and hold body together.
Return Ways: Rollers supported upon 20mm diameter tube with push in inserts each end.
Side Rail Brackets: All single track to use formed brackets with a 16mm pin for adjustablility.

External Finish: Generally external metal finish to be ground and polished to a DP 1 finish(brush finish equivalent) with welds ground flush and polished to match parent metal or acid pasted and buffed up to remove all traces of scaling and discoloration.
