Field Service Programs
When our Field Service Division was formulated, the main aim was to "Meet Customer Demand." We believe that we have achieved and surpassed that aim.
Our field engineering services provide a support network on a local and global basis. The services offered assist our customers to achieve long term objectives whilst minimising costs and optimising performance.
- Upgrades and service exchange
- Evaluations and inspections
- Maintenance contracts
- Operational servicing
- Installations and commissioning
- Breakdown and line support
- Line/equipment improvements
- Removals and relocations
- Planned maintenance
CBI Fleetwood has a wide range of skilled engineers to use within the Bottling and Food Industries and not just for breakdowns and call outs.
We are also interested in "Planned Maintenance" a new concept that we are introducing into the marketplace - "Who pays for your down time? - You do". reventative maintenance not only reduces loss of production and helps to eliminate costly call outs but can also increase the life expectancy of some of your equipment and improve efficiency.
98% of CBI Fleetwood's workforce holds the "Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene" which is now essential for working within the food industry and almost all engineers have the Safety Passport Certificate.
Our Service Engineers attend regular training programmes to ensure that we can offer our customers the best and most up-to-date technical assistance, to keep abreast with the HSE regulations and to constantly improve the general standard of our engineers.
Our service vehicles are fully equipped with all the tools and equipment that our engineers will require on site to carry out most jobs. As we say "plan a little - you can save a lot" so "give us a call."
